Customer Reviews
My experience with a Macaroon Mini
I decided to get the Macaroon Mini in pastel pink. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I got a confirmation email right away. It took 6 days to arrive in New York, which was pretty standard. The bag was well-packaged and came in perfect condition. I was a bit worried about the size, but it holds my tablet, wallet, and a small water bottle comfortably. The zippers feel sturdy and the straps are adjustable, making it comfortable to wear. I did notice a small loose thread on one of the internal pockets, but it was easy to snip off and hasn't caused any issues. The color is true to the website images. Overall, a solid purchase and I'd consider another one.
Good quality, fast shipping
Ordered a Christopher Backpack. Arrived in 4 days. Material feels durable. Good size for my laptop and gym clothes. Satisfied.
Love my new backpack!
I just received my new Colorado Backpack and I'm so happy with it! The design is amazing and it feels super sturdy. I was looking for something that could handle my daily commute and this is perfect. It has so much space and the organization inside is fantastic. I'm already planning my next purchase, maybe a Drip Waist Bag! I really recommend Doughnut Official, their products are excellent.
Good quality, slow shipping
I ordered a Macaroon Backpack in black, and it arrived after about 8 business days, which felt a bit long. The backpack itself is well-made, feels durable, and the pockets are really practical for daily use. I appreciate the quality of the materials. However, the tracking information wasn't updated very consistently, which made me a little anxious. Overall, happy with the product, but delivery could be smoother.
Cute bag, totally recommend
I grabbed the Macaroon Tiny for my daughter for school and she loves it! It's so cute and fits all her essentials without being bulky. Ordering was super easy, and it got here faster than I thought it would. The color is really nice, kinda muted. She's been using it for a few weeks now and it seems to be holding up well. Definitely a good buy for a casual bag.

How long does shipping usually take to California? I need a new backpack pretty quick.
Which Macaroon size is best for daily work stuff like a laptop, charger, and a book? Mini or the regular one?
Can you use a student discount AND a first-order discount together? Trying to save as much as possible.
Are these bags legit or like, knockoffs? Some of the prices seem a bit too good to be true.
Thinking about getting a Herschel or a Doughnut backpack. Anyone have both and can compare them for school?
Thinking of getting a Macaroon for uni. Are they really waterproof or just water-resistant? Need it for my laptop.
